Overall, I would say that I would have liked to see more of 'Crusade'. I would recommend the show to anyone who is 'Babylon 5' Fan. With the restriction that you must not 'Babylon 5' expect! But that these are the first episodes of new series and Joe Straczynski had to fight a lot of adversity, the consequences are actually came out pretty well. Overall 4 stars for the whole series (a star of this is the fan-bonus). Time the story several years after the end of the fifth season of 'Babylon 5' and right after B5 is - movie 'Brothers In Arms' ('A Call To Arms') settled. Of the original crew of the space station 'Babylon 5' is in the new series, no one with it - except in a few guest appearances. The Earth has been infected by the Drakh with a deadly disease. The spaceship Excalibur, under the command of Captain Mathew Gideon ('Midnight Caller' Gary Cole), has to make the search for an antidote, otherwise not much will of the human race on Earth unfortunately remain. The videotape 1:01 contains two entirely different episodes of the series. 'War zone' ('War Zone') is actually a kind of pilot to 'Crusade'. The crew finds together and Captain Gideon sent on his mission. The beginning of the episode is therefore interesting, the rest is not so upper Doll. This is probably because that episode was written only for the purpose of introducing the characters, the plot was there beside the point. 'The Long Walk' ('The Long Path') is something for fans of techno-mages. Guest star is 'The Equalizer' Edward Woodward, incidentally, the father of Galen actor Peter Woodward. This rather portly Episode lives of the drama of Woodward and the socially critical end of the episode. More I do not want to reveal. For owners of a DVD player, it should be said that at present is a DVD box set with all episodes of 'Crusade' in the US in labor.
