As I said, keep warm doing the part, and it is also easy. Am currently here in the winter the Bavarian Forest, and since it is pretty cold ;-) However, and therefore only 4 stars, the thing not only acts as heat, but also as a moisture shield. Who does not watch as hell, the running with the thing soon the soup on face down. Therefore always nice blow your nose and exhale through the same well, the mouth without every drop captures from the breathing air in the part. So nothing for mouth breathers :-)
