Against Axels style Treuheit there is no cure. Here you'll find nothing new, but who expected that already from Axel ?! The songs are as always very melodic, and the guitar is excellent. But the icing on the cake on a really strong plate is the voice of Johnny Gioeli (ex Hardline), who also live brings the house down. Unfortunately my opinion, compared to the last CD "Oceans Of Time" no outstanding Kracher of the caliber of "Carousel" or "Beyond the Gates Of The Seven Seals" here, but is "The Masquerade Ball" more than recommended for everyone, standing on artisanal super-made Hard Rock. Let's hope that the Axel of Johnny for a long time will remain as a singer!
