The protective cover stinks incredibly Chemicals

The shell is beautiful and well made, maybe a little bit too big. Nevertheless, this Christmas present was a disappointment - as the bag was unpacked from the plastic bag, an extreme chemical smell has spread in the room. I've assumed that the smell evaporates and had the bag put into the fresh air for now. But even now, two weeks after unpacking you can smell the wrapper still on two feet away. Which toxins have been processed there? This is a real let down. Never again.
