The car charger is missing
the poor quality silicone case is not really relaxed bride borders of tel.

The positive point: the seller is reactive and returned the charger. He also asked for the order but returned for what it will cost in postage is not interesting (pay 5 euros for postage to get reimbursed for 5 euros !!!)
