Using ultra simple, taking instant hand. This is great because I still looking for the user manual (printable online, pdf file available). A nice little book of recipes however accompanies the shipment.
Fast cleaning without countless pieces disassemble. Price is "Magimix" but the result is worth it, I'm happy with this purchase.
