Unacceptable is the miserable service of DHL Rosenheim. The chair should be delivered on Monday by DHL Express. At 19.00 clock is the deliverer, who drove for DHL, specified in the Tracking that a delivery was not possible. We have waited in vain or 12 hours. A delivery attempt was not made. Therefore, the mission went back to Rosenheim. The next day the delivery of DHL came back and said he could not deliver the goods, because the car was broken. He was the chair but a further 1 hour to Rosenheim back (Tracking). It gets worse. From our desire that he should not the big package before the garage, about 20 m in front of the entrance, park, but bring to the front door, he said in broken German, he had no package carts.
