We have the equipment in use since 3 days after we again wanted to experience digital television and our little of used Samsung (KD) made Receiver Remote control problems. This was, however, on our TV 'Den TT I have chosen because of the PVR and HD functionality, also of course because it is certified for cable Germany. The price is also quite reasonable. The menus are not as fancy as the simple Samsung device, but everything works and is quite clear. Switching is described as already quite fast and too many options There are not even. The EPG, however, does not show any program data immediately you turn the unit on when the other devices can certainly better. The picture is very good, both in HD and SD, nothing jerky or chops. The signal strength and quality is usually displayed unlike the Samsung with 100%. In the PVR function so far I could find no problem, I've only used once a 16GB USB stick, I had formatted with FAT32 Windows7. Both 'Timeshift' as well as the normal recording function perfectly. Become now a 2.5 '' hard drive try and hope the power supply via a USB port is enough. Overall, I am very happy because from the moment you actually everything worked without problems, just as you would have expected, except for one small flaw in EPG. Therefore but no penalty but a strong buy recommendation.
