There are many beginners sets where for 10-15 euros is already a textbook with harmonica case. These instruments frustrate and only after a few days one puts the instrument either forever on the page, or you can buy something halfway passable. The Hohner Silver Star is not Made in Germany but China (somewhere the price must indeed come) but when standing on a Hohner Mundi, then that's enough first statement. For total beginners, this instrument is perfect, because it is very cheap 1., 2. better responsive than others in this price range, and 3. the sound is much more friendly than other cheap metal products.
If they still do not know whether they want to remain permanently in the harmonica, then you should start with this. Becoming more professional you can still buy later if you continue having fun in the matter. Before you start with a no-name unit rather start simultaneously with Hohner. This is not a toy but already a real instrument.
