I am a very big fan of pastry and after a long search I finally found my mentor! His recipes are simple, generous, and very well explained, and the result is excellent every time, both visually and taste. Whenever I make pastry I use this book, and I do not get enough. The only complaint I could possibly make is the fact that it is sometimes difficult to obtain certain ingredients when you live in a small town, but that's all.
