Applicability:
The rounded outer sides of Alginators are not exactly rounded as the insides of cubes. That is, I just have the desired effect only get if I decide (quite frequently) ran me working from both sides of the glass. Probably the reason is that the Alginator was indeed designed for all cubes and the corners of the 10er certainly "small" are - the Alginator then fits perfectly there, I suppose. Please correct me here if I'm wrong.
The effect of Algenentfernens itself could still be more effective on flat surfaces a bit here too, you have to but quite often pass over a spot before it's all gone.
The rounded corners of Alginators it also happens slightly more likely that the small pebbles of Dennerle get caught in the Velcro - unfortunately I have thus been two small scratches in the cube.
Overall, I find working with the Alginator but much more pleasant and better than with conventional razors magnet etc., the price is definitely here but particularly in view of the small "flaws" Worth a star deduction.
