After the disappointment of a Tamron lens I am thrilled by this right here. Sharp right into the corners even with 200mm and maximum aperture 5.6. Only slight CAs that can be seen only at 100% magnification. Leiser acceptable faster autofocus. Well-functioning image stabilizer (images with 200mm and 1/30 are often sharp). And all at a great price! I think that this objective is often misunderstood because many 300mm focal length want. The problem, however, that one for much more (three times) needs to spend in order to have the same quality at this focal length (Nikon AF-S Zoom Nikkor 70-300mm 1: 4,5-5,6G VR). And then the lens is much more difficult and the lack of focal length at the lower end (not 55mm). The other alternatives - Tamron AF 70-300mm 4-5.6 Di VC USD SP and Nikon AF-S DX Nikkor 55-300mm 1: 4,5-5,6G ED VR - are also more expensive and can reach even not at 200mm the sharpness the Nikon AF-S DX Zoom Nikkor 55-200mm 1: 4-5.6 G IF-ED VR.
