The second switch ... and great support

I have first the switch
; Redirect = true & ref_ = oh_aui_search_detailpage
ordered. This switch was naturally without FB and with automatic changeover. There were there 4 cable and I used this switch for switching between Chromecast, PS3 and the Media Receiver 303 Telekom. Had the switch, the signal to be processed properly just with the PS3, problems and had problems often times display the image.
"Video can not be displayed."

Since it has anyway annoyed me that I had no FB, I chose as the new switch here. I hoped that the switch knows automatically switch between Ps3 and MR303. Wrong! Since I had read in another reviewer that could possibly be due to the lack of power supply, I connected a power cable and still went nothing. Also this one has a problem with the representation of the HDMI video resolutions when minimal wobble during operation of the cable or sometimes simply does not do anything ... apparently the gilded cord or switch garbage.
Now I have at least one remote control. After all .... I've presented me but different!

Edit: the support has contacted me and together solved my problem. because the contacts venture very shaky, is directly sent me a new unit. The support is very fast and very hard to get a satisfied customer. From an unsatisfied customer was a very satisfied customer with me. Many Thanks! A star deduction is there anyway, because the first very shaky HDMI switch was just broken. Nevertheless gladly again.
