Conclusion: the Pulse, is like many others Tracker a nice gadget. Compared to Nike Fuel band and Fit Bit (1st generation), I find the best Pulse. He simply has more options. An absolutely accurate detection can not be expected of him, however. For this he simply lacks the GPS receiver, which would make all recorded motion values more accurately.
But he has a good base for anyone who wants to just once recording its movement. If I'd let my smartphone run along the whole day via GPS, the battery would be empty soon, or in confined spaces would be partially impossible. It is an addition to recording with the smartphone.

I use the Pulse now for almost 6 months and unfortunately have to say that the battery performance but very subsides in recent weeks. In the beginning he really held almost 14 days. If I still play a lot on the machine, I could possibly still understand, but do I sync it more than 1 times a day and see perhaps only 1-2x on the steps.
