In addition to being lightweight it is very small! super easy to put in the sports bag.
I eyeglasses and choker hoops does not bother me.
The helmet does not move a single hair running.
The 4 buttons (volume +/- and advance +/-) are very close to each other but
after a while we no longer takes the fingers inside.
I 've not had the opportunity to make calls with so I can not evaluate that.

Again VERY glad Arctic a product and still comply Amazon
