Hello everyone.
I agree with the advice given.

This adapter works but provides a very metallic sound in the treble as bad mp3.
I found it both on TV as a home theater-quality speakers and amplifier.
The problem is found on the HDMI and on the output jack (headphones) of the adapter.
The image is comparable to that obtained with a component cable (5 records: RGB and stereo)

Of course this can help you out if you have not input component on your TV / amp and if you do not play music games. Otherwise go your way and prefer the component cable with 5 records (called RGB or RGB).
