Actually, I had to send back before this device. But I have but then keep times for emergencies. The party on the far end of the line had big problems to understand me. I wanted the headset to use eg for a prolonged Gespäch clean thereby etc but this is completely impossible. The handling I find quite difficult. Finally, the ear part is just uncomfortable and pressed. My conclusion: I'll have to invest in a good heatset quite a bit more money. Too bad the attempt which failed.
