I use many other programs Franzi (Projects-series) and find the totally simple and very user-friendly; thereby but highly effective.
Even with Photoshop I work a lot and have learned the complex structure.
With cut-out I despair regularly, since the program has a simple design much too complicated (not to say stupid). We find none of the functions immediately. Mark alone a part of the image, which you want to cut out, is virtually impossible.
The other functions (to levels work, create a map, etc.) has to look for me in a Ausschneidesoftware nothing.
Why not just mark something CutOut recognizes the whole element (you can but influence) and then you can cut it out and save it. But that would probably be too easy.
My conclusion: a program that does not need the world, its use probably conveys only the programming sense and where each Ausschneidwerkzeug (even with Gimp) is tens of times more effective. To demand money for this purpose is already .... well, never mind that;)
