Headphones and charger / transmitter are not a contender for a Design Award. Everything looks a bit rough and coarse. For this he convinces with inner values
Sound: Clean and clear, with no emphasis on low, mid or treble. No droning or clink.
Range: About one floor no problem (~ 10-15m distance). Not quite as big as the Philips SHD 8600
Wearability: Good to very good. Best result of all three headphones, perhaps a side effect of something rustic designs (or my big ears)
Charging function: Impeccable over contacts on the right bracket, but you should always squeezing the right bracket completely before using the handset in the charging station
Accessories: Usual mains adapter. Positive is the slightly longer audio connection cable (3.5 mm jack / RCA). This enables the charging station are also some farther away when the TV is connected with a VESA bracket to the wall, for example, as in my case
Conclusion: If you -like I- the design does not bother to find the TechniSat StereoMan 2 a neat wireless headphones, which does a good job (especially when you consider the value for money). Perhaps Philips and Sony should inquire at TechniSat even know how to provide a decent (Chinese) quality assurance on its feet :-)
