The story is great, the atmosphere of this horror game is really well done with great sound effects / music and a nice-looking graphics to even the characters look great. In particular, but very well-done gesture has already earned a plus.
Unlike 90% of other computer games on the market, this game scores with a really thrilling and thoughtful history, and not only with graphics and sound and monotony like in Gothic 3 (buuh!).
The puzzles outweigh not, any more than the fighting, and also the difficulty is actually ideally suited for everyone and helps that the game never becomes monotonous. The combat system is a bit of getting used to, but with a little practice to learn it quickly and then it's more fun than stupid mouse button click, as in many other games. And many in-game cutscenes carry a buttery soft through the plot. Not missing also do some nice shocking moments that just make fun. The playing time is actually acceptable, especially since it is not easy to deliver something throughout original even after the fifth sequel.
So, then short and painful the problem points in the game, as previously announced:
"Destroys the technology, which was well designed".
- The game is (which was really not specified) can only be activated via the Internet, and you have to also install the Steam software mandatory and there to create an account. Alone it would probably many prefer again lodge a complaint ... (I do not remember exactly, one has as a Steam account not even also still buy for a few bucks?)
- Massive sound problems due to botched programming. Faulty channels in stereo mode and Tons of
Crashes, distortions and sound failures in multi-channel system.
- Little storage points; extremely slow load times, often on the very latest PCs minutes long "hangers" middle of the game before it goes on. It is not even doing during this trailer the hard drive slightly.
In my opinion, a botched, carelessly programmed idle charging system for caching the data.
And more bugs without end. Graphic problems of animations to widescreen adaptation, a Tastaturbug, sometimes each input (Save, run, stop) denied. Sluggish response to keystrokes, and so on.
A patch is available, it will probably never give him. The would certainly 2GB in size, and its development would completely take five programming teams from Konami for half a year. On any questions not answered anyway or just with dull sense. Customer support, compatibility and usability of the software was Konami has always been completely irrelevant, and in my opinion, so was somewhat boycotted very bitter. But whatever...
My recommendation: buy necessarily for the console, there are very few technical problems. And if no console has arrived, just buy for the PC, if you have a relatively new. On good computers running the game just so that you can handle a couple of times crash. With older computers, I would not torment me so.
Unless, you are ashamed Konami to spoil the great job your designers and developers through your loveless negligence with regard to the realization ... Personally, I have been fortunate that the game just happened to be on my computer "usually" worked and I the positive traits could enjoy halfway.
Without technology problems 5 stars, with unfortunately very very scarce 3 = /
