After I've read a number of problems over the temperature settings in advance, I went to the measurements.

all after 8 hours without opening the Külschranks, I put in each bin a glass of water, then the water temperature with a digital thermometer (1 decimal place) measured, in addition in each subject the air temperature with analog thermometers.

Then I lowered the refrigerator temperature at 4 degrees, then:
Cool 6-7
Freezing -20
Vita Safe 5-6
Fresh Zone 6-7

Then I sat down with the customer service. This told me that the temperature variations of 2-4 degrees are normal. In order to have a constant temperature in the 0-degree specialist, the entire refrigerator temperature should be set to 1-2 degrees.
This was made for me to distinguish a device with these special zones and then the reality with extreme temperature changes is not. .... As a replacement of the device helps unfortunately also nothing, since it is apparently known at Panasonic.
PS The device state free from the wall, room temperature 20 degrees.

Yesterday I got a call from Panasonic because of the problem of cooling zones. The lady reaffirmed that these temperature variations are completely normal. A replacement of the device would not improve. After I am the beast anyway going, of course I do not care. I advise only strongly recommend the purchase.
