... Is close to squaring the circle. Air flow should be, quietly of course, to send it off, regulated or self-temperature-compensated and inexpensive if you please. The Arctic is quite close to it - and especially really barely audible. Arctic is now my default supplier for 5 home PC and occasional DIY projects for friends and colleagues - so far still no complaints wg. Durability ...
