In 2006 there were the album "The Great Life", in 2008 came the sequel "The Search Continues", a very moody album that could have so many driven to suicide. But now comes the big living on because Rosenstolz are alive, and they show 2011 on their 20th anniversary significantly. "We are alive" is a varied album with good lyrics that speak to me sometimes. I especially love the second song "Overdose luck" that cries out so wonderful that someone now in this moment needs a real moment of happiness ("Each new number brings sorrow, but I now need NEN man"), and that is with a neat swing rhythm underlined. But songs like energy or "We kiss Amok" put across a positive feeling of life and love. An very old Rosenstolz times when the two still often oblique texts had, reminds me of Peter sung song "My Life in the ashtray." A grandiose concludes with the wonderful song "Beautiful", which should be necessarily coupled with a great video as a single! A song, the candidate of casting shows in the future up and down drone could! In and of itself is for me, "We are alive," the continuation of the Great Life, the search was thankfully well only a short interlude that has perhaps even then pointed to the health problems of Peter. The booklet of the deluxe digipack version is equipped with beautiful photos that Anna and Peter at its best show (all in black / white), all the lyrics and detailed album information. The DVD shows next to a very nice mini musical by 6 album tracks, a "Making Of The Album", the video for the single "Born This Way", the "Making of the Video" and two trailers. It has been absolutely worth it to have bought this edition in the first week to insanely low price of just 13 euros. "We are alive" will lead certainly for one week the album charts the Media Control, but then threatens Andrea Berg to make them this place again in dispute. Hopefully now we can not wait another three years for the next album, two would be enough! Nevertheless, Anna and Peter should definitely pay attention to their health, of course, because we fans want to hear the two a few more years!
