Then I have Steam shifted to the second partition of the old disk, because I did not want to reinstall all of the games. Simply click in the Steam folder to delete all but the steam.exe and push the SteamApps folder and all on the SSD. If you now the steam.exe performs there, the old games are automatically detected and as you would expect.
For safety, you should still update the firmware of Samsung (See: [...]) install prophylactically, so you get no problems later.
If all these steps done, you can enjoy the SSD to the fullest. Windows boots up in seconds, and after entering the password, the system is ready for use. Then it shows that the bottleneck in many gaming computers, the CPU or RAM is not, but simply the lame compared magnetic disk. Even with tons of Skyrim Mods loads within a very short time, the frame rate has improved. I am using the SSD in any case very satisfied and can only recommend who wants to upgrade his gaming computer favorable.
