The theme of the book is very topical. Organizations contend too often with innovation, especially radical innovation. This may have many reasons, the author identifies groupthink and experts think as a special innovation killer. The argument has succeeded - even the Asch experiment can be found in the text (p.30), at least the analysis. Zero-Gravity-Thinker offered as a solution (in German probably 'contrarians'). The have there. Not easy in designed for conformity organizations That is so far not new. Rabe's instructions for handling and appeals to the constant readiness before the change. Schade is really only that it is praised as the 'Solution'.
