The yes can sing really well ...

Tony Bennett is an expert of jazz, above need not waste many words. The big surprise was the lady with whom he has recorded this album for me.
Fans of Lady Gaga, it may look to me that I no longer follow every young music trend at my age (59 years) - and the artist name, which the singer has risen, seems to me rather as a brake when I'm looking for good music out ,
So I in jazz radio "It is not worth a thing ...." heard of this album and the presenter afterwards mentioned that Lady Gaga could be heard there, I once investigated at home via Google if I probably had interrogated. Not at all.
It has voice and she knows this voice to use - what they did other than this CD yet so taken with Tony Bennett, I do not (yet) ... the CD "Cheek To Cheek" like extremely good to me.
The young lady and the older gentleman playing music so fresh and surprising together alive that one rarely finds in duet projects. Whether slow ballad or bubbly cheeky songs, none of the title prompted me to move to the next. All are worth listening to. Very good I think "I Will not Dance," "Goody Goody" and "Goody Goody" in addition to the already mentioned "It Is not Worth a Thing ....".
My conclusion: Who does not know the singer with the silly name, could do with this album just like me an enriching and surprising musical discovery. Thumbs up!
