the printer looks very good. With the installation it has worked very well. (You have to pay to be an expert) Now comes the but ....... cartridges rip off was already written. I constantly have problems with the paper feed. Jam with error message wrong paper please Oroginal Brother Letter use. I've had enough, send the unit back
