The delivery was on time, as usual from Amazon, the construction was done quickly.
After a warm-up time of 60 minutes, I began to me to look at my new "toy" more accurate.
Even when hingucken first it struck me ... The picture is darker and more yellowish than primarily on my paralell-driven secondary monitor.
"Well ... The other is indeed calibrated" I thought to myself, digging my Spyder from the shelf.
Who has a Spyder or similar tool, it will know. There comes a point where you can adjust the brightness.
Here I had severe difficulties in recruiting the required value. The values seemed to jump at will.
I tested it and pressed div. Times on "Refresh", and lo and behold, the brightness measurement showed different values, without which I feigned or the ambient light has changed.
When calibration is complete there was beautiful before / after comparison.
I could between a nicotine yellow or Bernsteingelb.entscheiden ... class!
Surely you have only a kink in optics ... I calibrated also my second monitor again ... But this was beaming afterwards with a white, as it is otherwise known only from detergent commercials.
With the included software, I tried to remove the yellow cast by RGB channel adaptation, which does not really succeeded.
The monitor was again dismantled and prepared for the return shipping.
I realize that there may be mistakes forever, but that is overlooked such an error, even though the manufacturer advertises on its website that each monitor is tested before delivery for several hours, which just does not.
Very I would have liked that it's just an exaggeration on my part, but even my wife asked what the picture was wrong, since there is so "dirty" look.
Whether you should write a product review due to a manifestly defective product is certainly a matter of opinion, but I was just only this suspect device.
Also I recommend once a search for manufacturers in combination with the word yellow tinge ... and behold ... I am not alone ...
