First impression ... Top second unfortunately less

My first impression was: Super leather, super feel and for the price! Class!
Well look at the exact I found sometimes a little gruff processed bodies, but value seemed really great.
But then I have the S4 mini purely clicked, but it would not really sit firmly in it; came to the bottom two corners always something out - not quite, so it stopped for the time being in the case, but did not rest on the upper as a breakpoint. Is my total then too too dangerous, if at some point is:
Flap on ... phone (all) out and possibly on the floor -
I do not want to risk and that's why we went back immediately.
Perhaps I order it again if it was just a material error on plastic.
