Who before was to use this sleeping pad exclusively for thermal insulation which I can not advise against buying.
However, to increase the sleeping comfort they are not used absolutely. Hab still backache as I have imagined being able to sleep on this camping mattress only. Ground was flat grass ground which is basically not much padding, but this needs Isomatte Cushions not simply
