I finally got to test this tool, it took all this rain stops. It looks run. Some noise, but, as a heat gun or other, so normal. It heats well. There are plants such as primroses that need more time to begin to blacken, but the leaves are thicker and, I suppose, so have more sap. Today it is raining, so I will see what will give the plants I've burned. Apart from that, as soon as there was some foam, especially so blackened a little dry, it burns! So careful that there are no flammable (shrub, dried leaves, prickly ...) in too close proximity! Same for the pine needles, plant mulch, geotextiles, made of logs borders, in short, everything that is not put in the barbecue but can burn. To go faster when there are several plants in the same area, I keep the trigger all the time engaged, so the nozzle is hot all the time and I have less time on each plant. For the rest, when we went with several of the album or not, it is a bit tedious, but it is always for the earth than chemical weed killers! Another thing, when the plants (eg dandelion) are among the grass or lawn, it's a smoke devil! So avoid doing under your windows or in those of the neighbors! Otherwise, it will see and we will have time this year and the electricity bill by year's end, to see if it is economical! In short, for now, quite satisfied and I think that all the problems I have identified are identical to that of a flame weeder.
