Feel, appearance and odor:
EasyACC
- This case is me personally too thick, so I almost a paperback book in hand. Therefore, the Kindle takes in this envelope too much space in a Handtache. From the appearance it looks like a Filofax. In addition, the PU leather smells strongly like nail polish. Unfortunately I do not know if that will fly.
Amazon
- The shell is not bulky and can hold a lot better in the hand. This shell allows the Kindle also bring in a very small purse. The look is very stylish and classy, fits the Kindle. The color purple like it very much, is not too gaudy. The shell smells discreetly by leather, by hauling rangeht with his nose.
Light:
EasyACC
- The lighting design is too cumbersome to use, as regards the establishment and stowing, and since there is only one catch to detect, even too shaky. The light illuminates the Kindle but very good (clearly above it is always a little lighter), unfortunately, the whole bedroom, which is perhaps a little less in the Amazon cover.
Amazon
- The small lamp is very easy to fold out and the Kindle will light very well (even up here, of course, a little lighter), unfortunately, here the whole bedroom is illuminated, maybe a little less than in the EasyACC - shell. My husband kan not sleep anyway, if I'm wearing the light, but if he's asleep, I can read so ;-) the lamp remains lit only when one is in reading as soon as the screen saver is going, the lamp goes out.
When the Kindle even want to take out of the sheath, which is very easy in EasyACC case, because the Kindle is reingeschoben here side. The Kindle Touch fits perfectly in the envelope a small tab that slides behind the Kindle fixes it in the envelope and when the lid is closed, the Kindle should well remain in the shell (I have the whole thing a little shaken - nothing happens ). But when the lid is open and I would shake everything so I had no confidence in the long run, even if nothing has happened when shaking test.
To take advantage of the Kindle from Amazon shell, you have to pull the sheath at the bottom right corner to the rear, it can therefore also take out again, but why would I do that? The Kindle is sitting here bombenfest there and I find the whole not too heavy.
I initially thought that Me Cover by Amazon that would magnetic closure missing (the EasyACC-shell has one), but I find that the envelope remains well closed.
After a 14 day test on vacation, I know that, even though I feel the price of the Amazon cover as much too high, I met yet for me, with the Amazon case, the right choice.
Who, do not disturb the laborious handling and the thickness of the EasyACC case has certainly taken with this case, especially as regards the price also a good choice, provided that the nail polish smell fades over time (this I can not say anything since I have returned the envelope after a day because has given me much better like Amazon case).
