Once I have this pan four weeks use I can say that this ceramic coating is actually good. It is no fat meat or eggs fry and it burns to nothing. Anschließemd the roasted fill on the plate and wipe the pan with a kitchen towel, ready! However, one should be careful and not touch with sharp instruments in the pan around otherwise you will damage the coating. But that is also not necessary because the contents yes flutscht easily from the pan onto the plate. Because of this sensitivity, there are only four instead of five stars. So far, I can only recommend this pan, let's see how long it stays that way!
