This customer hotline only LG

For "super unit" BP620 and what it can do and how great the device is I've already written enough. But today I called the LG Hotline. For I have the following problem with the BP620 in "interaction" with my Toshiba LED TV: I have the BP620 is connected to the HDMI 2 input of the TV to this input I had been an LG DVD player running at a resolution 1080p, like now the BP620. when I turn on the HDMI 2-channel to watch DVD or Blu Ray, then provides MIDER TV then at different image sizes. eg widescreen, cinema, 4: 3, etc. on. Now it was as if the LG DVD player was connected, there was also the image size "subtitles" to choose from. Now with the BP620, but no longer. So I first called Toshiba and who told me that the BP620 is detected obviously not as c-andc device (or something similar) and therefore there is not said size to choose from. My technical understanding and to the opinion of some "Consumer electronics service technician" after that is something that can be fixed by an update.
So I have the LG service hotline call which explains the "problem" and have declared that they submit the issue to the development continues and when there will be an update with this "error" is fixed, then let me know by email
