Since I use my Labarador partly for hours wandering at least twice a day by the Seven Mountains, I was looking for an easy to use, bright glowing lamp with sufficient width. In the Petzl I've found all that. The flashing function is also good support for better being seen on public roads, before I come to the forest. The tally function, I recently discovered, but never really needed.
The lamp is in use in all weather conditions, because my Labardor does not ask for sunshine, but always wants to get out. Even with continuous rain and deep freeze it has worked always impeccable.
The lamp has been with me since the 1st Christmas Day in constant use and has never let me down. It's still the first set of batteries in operation, which also suggests necessarily for the lamp.
So from my side a strong buy recommendation!
