Benefits:
- Automatic updates.
- Start Center yet clear.
- Red thread helps the first time to navigate through the various points.
- Postcard attached, with which one can request the valid for the tax year steering compass for free.
- Search function useful, if the program finds this point. One can partly answer questions and the program directs a further.
- Letter to the tax office will be created.
Disadvantages:
- As you type, the guide is quite confusing. We know at some point no longer know where to click to continue.
- The input via the search function is indeed useful, but they do not always find everything. Then you have but googling the Intenet. How to stop the search and makes further submissions, is not immediately apparent at first glance. Here would be a further guide helpful (z. B. "Close help and continue with input?").
- As regards the individual points and the menu system, I took a long time to understand what these mean.
- If the tax return done, comes no indication that you now can check and print the declaration. Here you must click on the last point and press Done (which I've done dozens of times and sometimes still no test was carried out and forwarded for printing.
- Although the letter has already been printed in the tax return, the pressure of the letter appears as a separate item after the printing process. What the programmer has this thought ????
- The menu for printing the documents brings me to the last despair. You can click if you want to print the documents for the tax office or for yourself, then appear the corresponding selection. Why here wid out any better? Print firstly for the tax office, and secondly for its own documents without having to look at large, which has ticked the program.
- It's already happened to me that I wanted to save the event, the program is but crashed because I, as has rausgestellt when Telefonsercive, some Acer software did not aktualisert that I never used. Fortunately, the program creates a Notfalldateil. But even so, my nerves were. The feeling that hours of work was for nothing and you have to capture all new, is atrocious.
- Data Transfer possible from the previous year. Yes, but then you're pretty much screwed. You must click on each point itself. Nix with red thread. Then if you're done (even with the nerves), no menu is displayed again for checking and printing. You must quite alone "fight" through the progam.
Since I do not know other programs, I do not know if it's really better. But this program is really not recommended.
Why I took it anyway again? Only because of the data acquisition. I wanted to see a new program and back to where I need to register what and how do I navigate further etc. So ultimately the convenience and the fear that it is even worse and we again need the first time around undenlich long. So maybe next year tax-saving explanation ... and an annual Groundhog ...
