As the title says, you can do without a tripod with this goal (and make the economy of the ring which is very expensive!)
Very good dive with a very distant efficace.Tests stabilization with pictures max zoom and landscape freehand, with excellent rendering.
The price / quality ratio is very intéressant.Utilisé EOS500D on a second case, the whole remains relatively light. It is a treat.
I highly recommend it.
