Tried with a Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Tab Pro on different computers with USB 3.0 jack, the cable is detected as USB 2.0 while the original Samsung cable is detected as USB 3.0.
Can still be used to charge devices (slowly), but not for fast data transfer on USB 3.0 socket.
