Of course, a matter of taste, but this sauce is the best hot sauce I've ever tasted so far. The taste is hard to describe. Slightly smoky, and tastes nice subtle garlic. But please just enjoy pure for grilling or with pita bread; to dilute this sauce would be blasphemy.
