By Product description I was a bit skeptical as to whether this is also about the right sauce. The weight is wrong here namely. But it's the sauce with the tap from the US with 740 ml content. Seen and tasted for the first time at a Chinese restaurant. No aftertaste, pleasant sharpness, not too thin, well-portioned. Perfect Hot Chilli Sauce. The price here is the shipping costs quite high. But I have ordered the same 3 bottles. The bottles have one year MHD, ie till nov 2013 (available on the bottle neck). 1 bottle is enough for us as 2 months.
Conclusion: We've had enough of the focus, you will still enjoy the food. But it's just all a matter of taste. We will stay with this sauce because no off-flavor is present and the focus exactly right for our taste buds.
