Monumental, thematically rich, award suspicious tip Filmscore! A masterpiece! Also present: The Red Hot Chilli Pipers!
This is one of the best overall score in years! The music works separately from the film as well as in the film. Who up the music as I heard in advance and down, will certainly have also speculated about the history. In the cinema my suspicions for rough course of action were confirmed. This has proved to me how well John Powell with the music tells the story. In the saddest scenes of the film, he manages to let the tears roll down the large and small audiences. The music convinces from start to finish and is bursting with brilliance. Therefore, I think that the music of Part 2 has the highest chances for prices. It offers exactly what should offer an outstanding score a sequel to a Fantasy Fabric: Many issues (old from Part 1 plus new issues), new arrangements of previous issues, outstanding orchestration perfectly in loud as in quiet moments, full of feeling, full of energy and pace and beachtenswertem choir use. This score is inspired and inspirerend. Gooseflesh is guaranteed and a constant Wau effect on hearing. The "Bagpipes", which can be heard at several prominent places in the score, played by the well-known as popular Red Hot Chilli Pipers from Scotland. The music was recorded in the famous Abbey Road Studios. The musical work of this film is terrific without exaggeration and therefore in my opinion absolutely worthy of an award!
