I ordered this after a long search WMF pan and delivered very quickly get. I was looking for a large and particularly high with the pan you can cook great sauces. I often cook pasta with various sauces and this pan is simply perfect for it. Nothing gets burnt, you will be at the induction field hot very quickly and you have more than enough space. There is no more mess because the margin is too low or the like - everything fits into it loose and you can finally even mix the pasta underneath if you like.
With forks or other sharp objects, however, one should be careful - the coating is scratched else soon. Had my pan awarded for 2 days and they also get the same with a scratch back what has annoyed me mad. I work exclusively with Silkonwender etc ...
Meanwhile, I have already the pan for 3 other family members ordered all of which are extremely happy with it and use it almost every day!
