Positive I have found:
1. Clean my teeth more thoroughly than the previously used by me toothbrushes (including Aldi Süd and Dr. Best).
2. You get better in the gaps and grooves, and I also have the impression that they are generally somewhat gentler on gums when as recommended "from red to white" dressing.
Negative I've found:
1. They are considerably more expensive (which would possibly be fine if you can convince me in the long-term test). For but initially no deduction, because I knew that eventually advance.
2. The handling of the brush is getting used to for me; the handle is different from usual standard toothbrushes.
And yet for Information: The latest production of these toothbrushes has white bristles and provides a total of slightly different than on the product image here. The design manufacturer lt. Changed every few months.

Supplement in July 2013:
I have long been used to the feel and am now very happy with the brush.
I have decided, in the morning to use this evening (for thorough cleaning) and a normal others.
So I have a lot of variety, a good cleaning and the cost are limited.
(My dentist thinks anyway for years, one of the most important things when brushing your teeth is to use two different toothbrushes morning and night, then they can each to dry before the next use, so they are not so form a breeding ground for bacteria.)
So overall, definitely a recommendation from me!
