Received the day after the order. The amazon package was a little too big, builder package was walking a bit. That explains it. I called Amazon immediately. I was asked to return the product and redirects me another. Congratulations Amazon. My only fear: probably abused in transit, there is a demonstration of weakness of plastic, since the device was packed but arrived broken. I just hope it is an unfortunate coincidence. The waffles were perfect. Product focuses on cooking. It remains to see the strength with use. I will recommend therefore, with the reservation expressed on the strength. The plates are very good and the ejection system well thought out. Too bad to begin with this experience, caught by the Amazon business sense. A call for service Lagrange to see if it was a known defect made them deny this fault, blaming storage where transport.
