Positives:
Connection and commissioning went smoothly as described:
Firmware checked for topicality, made device energized, accessories (HDD / keyboard / CI module) removed sticker on the TV back away, module plugged, connected network cable connected device and switched after that the update wait infected CI module again and wanted transmitter finished.
The surface and the Smart Hub are now back on the current level and thanks to the quad cores also usually quite fast.
Transmitters can be in contrast to the original state now by the TV but no longer sort export and edit on your PC.
Overall, the Evolution Kit works without crashes or disruptive problems. Also the described in other reports increased consumption of electricity I can not understand. I have measured just over 0W standby and 72-78W in operation
Negative points that will hopefully be fixed in a subsequent firmware update:
The volume can be changed only sporadically at the Smart Hub, usually the buttons on the remote are but functionless
Sound playback via Toslink (optical) on a digital amplifier is only when an internal TV tuner configurable (PCM / DTS / Digital). With Smart Hub, DLNA and external devices such as BD player USB drives etc only PCM is currently so stereo or Dolby Surround possible. The usual menu under Advanced Configuration in the audio field is grayed out.
This point is for me the most disturbing, currently I take here as an alternative a connected BD Player is connected directly to the amplifier as visually.
SD channels look blurred in the picture, HD channels are similar (with respect to its original condition)
When navigating menus, or displays the image jerky imperceptibly also begins in case of rapid change through the menu items for bucking the display which is not supposed to be the case with a quad-core.
In summary, the Evolution Kit has potential to lift the device up to date with regard to Smart TVs, but needs one or the other to eliminate update more or less annoying error
