My recent purchase and assiduous reading this book is scary. I knew you were eating poison but at this point, far from my mind. I made an inspection of my cupboards and fridge, it's the garbage that has been nurtured to the point of dying slowly. My review may seem volatile, but I strongly advise all people who do not have this book to buy and make gifts without any restraint. What we buy and eat is a time bomb.
