In sum, an absolutely recommendable device. Installation and operation are very simple. The often criticized for SAT receivers are switching m here. E. not worth mentioning. Picture and sound are expected to be at a very high level. Class are the EPG and the general menu structure. Crashes, trailer or the like I had not have (despite Firmware 1.0).
From my perspective, there are a few points for improvement, which is why only four stars.
What most disturbs me about this unit is the sometimes high noise level, which is probably caused by the hard disk / the fan. This makes the device as a music player device only partially usable. In TV / Video does not mind usually.
It is incomprehensible that the user guide for the media center to be downloaded from the Internet. Of even some sites are (from the technical appendix) not printable. Probably an error in the file, since it did not work on several different computers. Why is this not just a printed copy attached? In addition, the link to the operating instructions for the Media Center Guide is incorrect.
Last but not least, first comes the device at power on (after switching with switch socket) and then in standby, from which one must then wake it again.
