This dryer Siemens was therefore the successor - the test winner at Stiftung Warentest and by his predecessor, he recommended all but self.
He was delivered by Hermes, which also took over the preparation and disposal of old devices. The delivery was - despite fears by other reviews - absolutely faultless!
The design with the blue LEDs and the blue LED drum lighting is chic, the operation on the LCD with the touch keys practically self-explanatory.
How do I look at some of the defective reviews neither the manual nor read the brain has been turned apparently in some. Easy-care laundry is not dried in the appropriate program! Besides the fact that the guide mentioned it, but it must be clear that the fiber of such a garment breaks in overdrying. Therefore, the dryer stops also in this program with a (low) residual moisture in the fabric, which should be further dried to the air.
The program "Shirts" only goes up "iron dry" - because you can not expect the shirts come out completely dry one.
I sort multilayered cotton in fine synthetic - then the cotton at the end of the program "Mix" certainly still wet - otherwise the synthetic would namely scrap.
So much for small dryers customer. ;) Klugscheiß mode ....
The drying step can be finely adjusted, so you will find a good compromise between the factory priority on fiber protection and drying desired. Remember: can too dry can break the fiber.
If the device is a miracle? Can into everything - even what is not allowed? Finally sounds "soft dry drum" etc. but so ?! The answer is a resounding: Yes and no. Throw T-shirts into it, which are not suitable for the dryer and then select "cotton" - "Normal +" - they have a number (at least) little. On "Easy Care" - "cupboard dry" (with residual moisture to dry in the air) remain almost all textiles in the size that they had before.
Think with - the dryer is programmed. ;)
Heretofore, pillows (down and foam), duvets, cotton, shirts, duvets, sheets and mattress covers through the dryer. Everything came out "to the point". Long laundry items, ie duvet covers and sheets came unknotted from the drum, although it rotates in one direction only. (I mention this specifically because it was not so with the predecessor and I have read negative reviews for the identical Bosch tool to do so).
The LCD display constantly informed about the achieved degree of drying ("iron dry achieved"), the remaining time and the selected options - also on events such as the cleaning of the heat pump or the capacitor.
This gives me, as I know the pollution caused by the dog hair, most concern. Will he really cleaned completely or skin me the system quickly broken ?! The fluff filters catch a lot more on than even the IQ750 ... but I'm curious. The review I will update the course of time.
So far, by the way, the time estimate of the dryer - always gratifying to dominant - despite preset spin speed of the washing machine. Some charges were done in a third of the allotted time. So choose the first crease on "120 minutes" ... if you do not stand next to the device. ;)
The withdrawn Star
Yes Nanu since missing a star. But everything is great ?!
Well - no. The volume is much higher than the IQ750. The condenser / heat pump makes the sound of a decrepit refrigerator from the 50s. (The older ones among us may remember ....)
It's not only loud, but also unnerving, as there is not a uniform sound, but a hum that cycles up and down. After 15 minutes, properly disposed people are aggressive. I was there ... and the unit had in the basement.
The noise during washing of the capacitor etc. is no problem - but this noise! It costs the perfect se device the perfect rating.
