We are in fact subject to a daily dictatorship of thought. Through meditation, we learn to educate the mind. Meditation is:
1. a practice to free our attention from our thoughts, thus reducing the influence of the thought of our existence;
2. it is also observed, known and flourish our inner life
You will see the inner world from another angle.
