Here is a nice first novel that should make you a good time relaxing on the beach. The story? The sentimental and professional adventures of Charlotte, between his married lover and a new suitor with whom she plays cat and mouse. In this romantic comedy, comical situations follow one another without respite, punctuated by hilarious and totally crazy remarks of the main character. Despite a deja vu (I read too many books, and they get to telescope in my memory), the story is hilarious, punctuated by constant drama that never slaissent nou respite. It's simple: this novel is read in one sitting, with laughter insured.
Only downside, this book, written by a comedian, was fired from his show, and it shows, as the accumulation of word games, funny at the beginning but may get tired of their frequency and sometimes vulgarity, by lack of care of the style, which would have greatly benefited from being more careful, less "oral". Too bad, because there were material to make a book much more enjoyable to read. But maybe I'm being too hard?
